Senior Manager – Project Delivery

About the role

Dubai Holding Real Estate is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the delivery of large‑scale BTS and mixed‑use development projects. You will be responsible for executing projects from initiation through handover, ensuring they meet quality, cost, schedule and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Execute assigned DHRE BTS projects in line with business plans, contracts, budgets, and quality standards.
• Prepare job requisitions, coordinate consultants and contractors, and monitor day‑to‑day construction progress, critical path activities and procurement schedules.
• Review contractor execution plans, track actions, and escalate issues to senior management when needed.
• Manage project finances, including expenditure tracking, cash flow, variations, claims and cost forecasting.
• Administer project risks, issues, changes and decisions using DHRE governance processes.
• Coordinate permits, inspections, testing, commissioning, snagging and handover activities with relevant authorities and internal teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Architectural or Construction Engineering (master’s preferred).
• PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred.
• 10–12 years of construction and project delivery experience, including 4–6 years managing large real‑estate projects in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of UAE building codes, Dubai construction regulations and statutory approvals.
