Senior Manager - Regional Partnerships MENA

About the role

The Senior Manager, Regional Partnerships – MENA will lead the development and scaling of Crunchyroll’s partnership business across the Middle East and North Africa, focusing on distribution and growth initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Shape and execute the partnerships strategy across priority MENA markets, building a pipeline of distribution and growth partnerships.
• Establish and manage senior relationships with telcos, streaming platforms, aggregators, technology, payment, retail, and loyalty partners, creating joint business plans and growth targets.
• Own partnership opportunities from origination through negotiation, launch, and ongoing performance, ensuring commercial viability and alignment with regional priorities.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams (Product, Engineering, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Operations, etc.) to deliver partnership launches and manage ongoing performance.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, distribution, or related fields.
• Proven track record of negotiating, launching, and scaling commercial partnerships in the MENA region.
• Strong commercial judgment with experience developing business cases, financial models, and forecasts.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder‑management skills, with ability to influence cross‑functional teams.
• Willingness to travel regularly across MENA and internationally.

Required skills

• Experience with telcos, streaming/media, technology, payments, commerce, retail, gaming, loyalty, or consumer platforms.
• Ability to develop commercial models, forecasts, and investment recommendations.
