Senior Manager – SMB Benefits

About the role

Visa Commercial Solutions is expanding its Small Business (SMB) Benefits portfolio. The Senior Manager, SMB Benefits will shape the global benefits proposition, working at the intersection of product strategy, partnership development and commercialization. This role partners with regional teams, product leads and external providers to deliver compelling value to Visa’s SMB customers.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the regional partner sourcing strategy for SMB benefits, including identification, negotiation and management of strategic benefit providers.
• Partner with local markets to package and commercialize attractive benefit packages and support sales and go‑to‑market documentation.
• Establish standardized processes for sales, implementation and onboarding to enable scale across regions.
• Develop KPIs, monitor performance and act as subject‑matter expert for Visa Global SMB Benefits.

Required profile

• 8+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree (or 5+ years with an advanced degree).
• Deep product‑management experience in commercial/B2B payments and small‑business software.
• Proven track record of negotiating commercial agreements and managing multi‑regional budgets.
• Strong executive presence and ability to influence cross‑functional teams in a matrixed organization.
