Senior Manager Strategic Pricing Ultrasound

About the role

The Senior Manager, Strategic Pricing Ultrasound will define and execute pricing strategies for GE HealthCare’s complete Ultrasound portfolio across multiple clinical segments. You will collaborate with product, commercial, finance and regional teams to protect price, improve margins and drive profitable growth worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the global pricing architecture, including list, floor, and discount guidelines for all ultrasound products and services.
• Lead pricing for new product introductions using value‑based, competitive and cost‑plus inputs, and align with product lifecycle plans.
• Run price‑realization, price‑volume‑mix and margin leakage analyses, building dashboards and KPIs to inform leadership.
• Partner with commercial, finance and product teams to apply global strategy locally, support AOP planning and create value‑based messaging for premium pricing.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering or a related field; MBA or advanced quantitative degree is a plus.
• Proven experience designing and executing pricing strategies in medical devices, healthcare or B2B capital equipment with measurable margin impact.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities, with experience influencing senior stakeholders in a global matrix organization.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel for financial modeling.
• Business intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Statistical modeling and elasticity analysis.
• Pricing software (PROS, Vendavo, Zilliant).
• CPQ/CRM platforms, specifically Salesforce.
