We are seeking a purpose‑driven senior talent acquisition leader who can translate business strategy into effective hiring plans and deliver measurable outcomes. This hands‑on professional will build pipelines, partner with business leaders and ensure the right talent is hired at the right time.

Key responsibilities

• Translate business priorities into recruitment plans, budgets and hiring priorities.
• Drive end‑to‑end talent acquisition from requisition planning to onboarding handover.
• Lead executive, specialist and business‑critical searches using market intelligence.
• Establish dashboards, track performance and turn data into actionable decisions.
• Strengthen employer brand, build university partnerships and create sustainable talent pipelines.
• Simplify recruitment processes, leverage technology and improve candidate experience.
• Lead and develop the recruitment team while building trusted partnerships with business leaders and HR.

Required skills

• Knowledge of end‑to‑end recruitment processes and sourcing strategies.

• Understanding of UAE labour requirements.
• Proficiency in recruitment analytics and data‑driven decision making.
