Senior Marketing Executive / Marketing Manager (B2C)

About the role

We are looking for a creative and commercially driven senior marketing professional to lead B2C campaigns across digital and social media platforms. The role involves translating business priorities into engaging customer experiences and acting as the main liaison between internal stakeholders and external agencies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company’s social media and digital marketing strategy.
• Plan and manage monthly content calendars across all platforms.
• Create and launch marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement and footfall.
• Lead seasonal campaigns, events, and customer activations.
• Brief, manage and coordinate external agencies, designers, photographers, videographers and content creators.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyse insights and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Ensure brand consistency and alignment with the company’s tone of voice.

Required profile

• 4‑7 years of experience in a B2C marketing role.
• Strong background in social media marketing, content planning and campaign execution.
• Proven ability to manage external agencies and creative partners.
• Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
• Strong project management and organisational abilities.
• Creative mindset combined with commercial awareness.
