Senior Marketing Manager - Digital Payments

About the role

A senior marketing professional is sought to lead the launch and growth of new use cases for payment products across the Middle East, Africa and Turkey (MEA-TR). The role owns the end-to-end go-to-market strategy, from customer research and segmentation through launch execution and post-launch optimization, with a high degree of autonomy. It works closely with product, analytics, design and external partner teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own and execute the go-to-market strategy for new payment use cases, driving awareness, acquisition, engagement and adoption
• Define customer value propositions and messaging frameworks for distinct segments
• Build and run customer lifecycle marketing programs from awareness through activation, engagement and retention
• Design targeting strategies using segmentation, behavioural data and funnel analytics
• Lead data-driven campaigns across onsite, outbound and partner channels, optimising based on performance
• Guide creative development of marketing materials and campaigns
• Align marketing with product roadmaps and feature launches
• Partner with external stakeholder and partner marketing teams on joint go-to-market approaches
• Measure and report on acquisition, adoption, engagement and customer lifetime value
• Identify and scale best practices for targeting, campaign execution and marketing automation

Required profile

• 6+ years of professional, non-internship marketing experience
• Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
• Experience developing and managing acquisition marketing or channel programs
• Experience presenting metrics and progress to senior leadership
• Preferred: test-and-learn, marketing optimisation and experimentation; joint marketing plans with global strategic alliance partners
