Senior Marketing Manager

About the role

Visa is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to lead end‑to‑end merchant campaigns across the Emerging Markets (EKQ) region. You will shape marketing strategies that drive Visa card usage, create compelling value propositions for merchants, and collaborate across functions to deliver measurable business impact.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute merchant campaigns that increase payment volumes (PVs) and align with Visa’s brand objectives.
• Identify, negotiate, and activate strategic partners across travel and retail corridors to expand card usage.
• Manage merchant relationships, tailoring approaches to market‑specific needs and verticals.
• Oversee creative development and media planning, ensuring consistent messaging and data‑driven performance optimization.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams for product life‑cycle planning, technical development, and promotional launches.

Required profile

• 8+ years of relevant marketing experience (or 5+ years with an advanced degree).
• Proven track record in developing multi‑channel marketing programs and product life‑cycle planning.
• Experience leading cross‑functional initiatives and managing strategic partnerships.
• Ability to work on‑site at least three days per week.

Required skills

• Digital fluency with emerging technologies.
• Experience using Generative AI tools such as ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot.
