Senior Marketing Manager – Middle East

About the role

Marsh is looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to lead regional marketing execution across the Middle East from its Dubai office. Reporting to the Middle East Marketing & Communications Leader, you will translate strategic priorities into market‑level plans and ensure consistent delivery across Marsh Risk, Mercer and MMB.

Key responsibilities

• Convert regional marketing priorities into clear market‑level plans, timelines and deliverables.
• Support annual and quarterly planning by gathering market inputs and aligning activities with commercial goals.
• Drive end‑to‑end integrated campaign management, including planning, execution, tracking and measurement.
• Lead digital, content, event, internal communications and stakeholder‑engagement initiatives.
• Own the thought‑leadership pipeline, ensuring insight‑driven content is developed, approved and amplified.
• Plan and deliver the strategic event calendar, ensuring commercial relevance and high‑quality execution.
• Manage relationships with local CEOs, business leaders and regional stakeholders to keep priorities aligned.
• Maintain rigorous campaign tracking, reporting and measurement, using CRM and marketing tools consistently.

Required profile

• Proven experience in regional marketing strategy execution and integrated campaign management.
• Strong stakeholder‑management skills with senior business leaders.
• Ability to translate strategic priorities into actionable market plans.
• Excellent analytical and reporting capabilities.
• Experience working in a multinational professional services or insurance environment is a plus.
