Senior Marketing Strategy Analyst – Associate Manager (Bangkok based, relocation)

About the role

Agoda is looking for a senior analyst to join its data‑driven Marketing team. The role focuses on designing and executing measurable marketing programs that increase customer lifetime value, while collaborating with analysts, strategists and data scientists across the globe.

Key responsibilities

• Experiment with ad and campaign structures, bidding and pricing strategies on platforms such as Google, Bing, TripAdvisor and Trivago.
• Develop predictive models to assess the impact of large‑scale TV campaigns, pricing changes and other marketing initiatives.
• Build and maintain dashboards that track performance, surface insights and support data‑driven decision making.
• Prepare and deliver presentations that communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Partner with product and engineering teams to implement model‑driven solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative discipline (e.g., computer science, mathematics, engineering, business, science).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in data analysis or marketing analytics.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural, fast‑paced environment.
