Senior Merchandiser (Female)

About the role

The Female Senior Merchandiser will lead product selection, pricing, and inventory planning for our retail operations in Dubai. You will work closely with the Buying & Merchandising Manager and store teams to drive sales and margin performance across multiple seasons.

Key responsibilities

• Establish OTB and buy plans in coordination with the B&M Manager.
• Set pre‑season sales, margin, and inventory targets.
• Analyse historical performance to identify trends and opportunities.
• Develop detailed departmental plans that align with product strategies.
• Partner with merchandisers and store teams to balance inventory and assortment.
• Make product selection, assortment, and pricing decisions based on margin analysis and market research.
• Track shipments from order to receipt and communicate over/under‑bought situations.
• Manage inventory balances, intervene on slow‑moving styles, and optimise category margins.
• Create range preview material, product training presentations, and ad‑hoc analysis for management.
• Coordinate season launch calendars, distribution plans, and discount‑sale assortments.
• Collaborate with warehouse and supply‑chain teams to ensure process efficiency.
