Senior Murex Consultant – Risk, Global Markets

About the role

You will be a key contributor within the Global Markets Risk Service team, supporting the delivery and enhancement of risk systems and processes. The role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders and technology teams to ensure robust, scalable, and compliant solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and support risk solutions across Global Markets in partnership with the Risk Service Lead.
• Analyze and resolve issues and change requests related to risk systems, ensuring timely delivery.
• Contribute to a multi‑year roadmap for risk technology enhancements and automation initiatives.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements such as EMIR Initial Margin, SA‑CCR, and FRTB.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in a bank or IT company.
• 7–10 years supporting and developing systems for risk teams within Global Markets.
• 5–7 years of hands‑on Murex experience.
• Strong understanding of risk functions, credit exposures, VaR, SIMM and related regulatory frameworks.
