Senior Officer – CCS Commercial Banking

About the role

The Senior Officer – CCS Commercial Banking supports the Corporate Client Services unit at First Abu Dhabi Bank. You will be the first point of contact for walk‑in clients, handling documentation, queries and operational requests while ensuring compliance with bank policies.

Key responsibilities

• Receive walk‑in customers, verify documents and perform customer identification checks.
• Process inbound and outbound remittances, cheque clearing, and account‑to‑account transfers.
• Provide operational support to relationship‑management teams, including account opening, maintenance, and corporate credit‑card services.
• Maintain accurate records, generate MIS statistics and handle exception cases.
• Ensure strict adherence to FAB SOPs, internal audit requirements and data‑privacy policies.
• Participate in system changes, process enhancements and bank‑wide initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher diploma.
• Hands‑on experience in walk‑in client service and cash‑management operations.
• Familiarity with corporate banking products and procedures.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy and confidentiality.
