Senior Officer – Customer Relations

About the role

The Senior Officer – Customer Relations supports branch sales and service targets by delivering high‑quality client support. The role works closely with Relationship Managers and the Branch Manager to ensure smooth onboarding, credit facility management and regulatory compliance for Emirati corporate clients.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries via email, phone and messaging, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
• Coordinate with Credit Administration, Operations, Trade Finance, Compliance and Treasury to resolve requests and manage credit facilities, document renewals and KYC updates.
• Monitor expiry dates for security documents, licences, insurance policies and KYC records, proactively following up with clients to avoid service disruptions.
• Manage the end‑to‑end corporate account opening process, verifying documentation and liaising with compliance teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in relationship management, customer service or sales within the banking sector.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher diploma in a related field; banking or customer‑service certifications are a plus.
• Strong networking and communication skills with the ability to meet targets and handle multiple projects.
