About the role

The Senior Officer, Employee Experience will help build positive employee experiences across Mashreq Bank UAE. Working closely with the Manager and Head of Employee Experience, the role covers onboarding, off‑boarding, visa and labour processing, pension and data maintenance.

Key responsibilities

Facilitate the team to deliver a positive employee experience.
Collaborate on onboarding, off‑boarding, visa/labour processing, pension and data maintenance.
Coordinate with internal PICG functions to support business needs.
Contribute to bank‑wide projects ensuring alignment with objectives and high‑performance standards.
