Recruiter – Fixed Term

About the role

We are seeking a driven Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. You will partner with hiring managers across Huda Beauty to attract and hire top talent for a fast‑growing beauty brand.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for multiple functions, from sourcing to offer management.
• Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards and professional networks.
• Conduct screening calls and interviews, assess skills, motivations and cultural fit.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Coordinate interview processes and support offer preparation with People + Culture.

Required profile

• 5+ years of recruitment, talent acquisition or executive search experience.
• Strong hands‑on sourcing ability and experience managing multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Highly organised, proactive and detail‑oriented with a sense of ownership.
