Senior Officer – Maintenance

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Officer – Maintenance to lead and coordinate maintenance activities for industrial laundry production and utility equipment, ensuring high equipment availability and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate multidisciplinary technicians in Mechanical, Electrical and Automation/PLC fields.
• Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance with minimal operational disruption.
• Ensure technicians are trained, certified and comply with safety standards.
• Monitor equipment performance, maintain accurate records and asset registers.
• Coordinate with vendors, OEMs and service providers for technical support.
• Support equipment commissioning, upgrades and improvement projects.
• Report key maintenance indicators such as downtime, MTTR, PPM completion and recurring faults.
• Prepare daily and weekly performance reports for the Chief Engineer.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering.
• 5–8 years of maintenance experience in industrial laundry, hospitality or process plant environments.
• Hands‑on experience with industrial laundry equipment and utility systems.
• Good knowledge of Automation, PLC and SCADA systems.
• Health & Safety and/or Boiler Certification preferred.
