Senior Officer, Marketing & Communications

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Senior Officer to drive integrated marketing and communications initiatives for our healthcare network. Reporting to the Manager, Marketing and Communications, you will help strengthen brand positioning, boost stakeholder engagement, and deliver impactful campaigns that align with business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Support the implementation of marketing and communications strategies and operational plans.
• Execute integrated activities such as brand campaigns, public relations, internal communications, and digital/social media initiatives.
• Coordinate events, sponsorships, and campaigns, and produce post‑event reports with ROI analysis.
• Develop, review, and edit content for multiple channels in English and Arabic as needed.
• Manage internal marketing requests, ensuring timely and high‑quality delivery.
• Assist media relations, PR coordination, and offline media tasks.
• Conduct market research and benchmarking to improve marketing efforts.
• Create and edit basic artwork for social platforms and maintain visual assets for the content calendar.
• Film and produce short‑form video content (e.g., TikTok) in collaboration with healthcare professionals.
• Prepare periodic performance reports highlighting campaign results and milestones.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing & Communications, or Digital Media & Advertising.
• Minimum 2 years of progressive experience, preferably in the healthcare sector.
• Expertise in short‑form video creation tools such as Instagram Reels and TikTok.
• Basic knowledge of design tools like Canva.
• Digital marketing experience is a plus.
