About the role
We are looking for a Senior Officer to join our Personal Banking Operations team. The role focuses on back‑office activities that support retail, elite and GPB customers across both Islamic and conventional segments, as well as SME accounts in the Islamic segment.
Key responsibilities
- Perform account maintenance and open new accounts for Retail, Elite and GPB (Islamic & Conventional) segments.
- Handle SME account opening for the Islamic segment.
- Enter NHL and CCQ data accurately following established procedures.
- Follow process guidelines set by the Operations & WAH Centre Leadership.
- Maintain high quality standards and ensure financial and reputational integrity of transactions.
- Support day‑to‑day operational processes to deliver better services to customers.
