Senior Patent Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Patent Specialist to lead our global patent portfolio management, invention evaluation, and prosecution activities. The role combines deep patent knowledge with technical insight to protect and commercialize innovations across multiple jurisdictions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement patent portfolio strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Manage domestic and international patent portfolios, including filings, continuations, and renewals.
• Conduct invention disclosure reviews, prior‑art searches, and patentability assessments.
• Coordinate patent application preparation with inventors, attorneys, and external counsel.
• Monitor prosecution milestones, office actions, and deadlines, ensuring timely responses.
• Perform freedom‑to‑operate research, competitive intelligence, and landscape analyses.
• Support IP due diligence, licensing, and commercialization efforts.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in patent prosecution and portfolio management.
• Strong analytical and project‑management skills with the ability to work cross‑functionally.
• Technical background enabling effective evaluation of inventions and prior‑art.
