Senior Personal Banker – Loan DST

About the role

The Senior Personal Banker – Loan DST will drive sales of the full suite of personal banking products, building and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing retail clients. This role focuses on achieving sales targets while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales targets for personal banking products.
• Prospect targeted segments through phone calls and face‑to‑face visits.
• Present and sell banking products ethically and professionally.
• Manage relationships with approved corporate clients where required.
• Conduct micro‑marketing activities such as kiosk events and direct marketing.
• Handle objections to secure sales or payroll transfers.
• Ensure end‑to‑end customer turnaround time (TAT) and quality standards.
• Maintain strict compliance with KYC, FATCA, AML, CTF and bank policies.
• Record all sales activities in daily reports and update the CRM system.
• Participate in team huddles, training, compliance and fraud trainings, and recognition programs.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in retail banking.
• Basic knowledge of retail banking products, service policies and processes.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with confidence and persistence.
• Commitment to high ethical standards and ability to escalate compliance issues.
