Senior Portfolio Manager – Asia & Russia

About the role

Lead the strategic management of ADNOC’s priority stakeholder portfolio across Asia and Russia, aligning relationships, executive engagements and partnership opportunities with Group and GCEO priorities. Provide regional intelligence, develop account strategies and drive actions to measurable outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and review the Asia‑Russia stakeholder portfolio strategy in line with ADNOC Group and regional priorities.
• Own the account‑management framework for Tier 1+ stakeholders, defining objectives, engagement cadence and risk mitigation.
• Monitor geopolitical, policy and market developments, assess implications for ADNOC and advise senior management.
• Coordinate preparation of executive‑ready briefings, talking points, partnership reviews and decision papers.
• Build and sustain trusted relationships with governments, NOCs, IOCs, investors and technology partners across the region.
• Ensure governance, compliance and risk management by quality‑assuring submissions, tracking approvals and maintaining confidentiality of stakeholder data.
