About the role

We are partnering with a leading international private banking institution to hire a Senior Private Banker focused on ultra‑high‑net‑worth (UHNW) clients across the GCC region. The role involves managing and expanding a sophisticated portfolio of UHNW relationships, leveraging a global wealth‑management platform and a broad suite of products and services.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and grow a portfolio of GCC‑based UHNW clients, delivering bespoke wealth‑management strategies.
• Drive new client acquisition through personal network, strong brand, and trusted relationships.
• Act as a trusted adviser, providing holistic solutions across investments, lending, structuring, and wealth planning.
• Collaborate with internal specialists to deliver differentiated, cross‑border solutions aligned with client objectives.
• Maintain a disciplined, commercial approach to revenue generation and portfolio growth.

Required profile

• Proven track record as a senior private banker managing UHNW client relationships within the GCC market.
• Demonstrated success in originating and growing client portfolios with clear revenue ownership.
• Established, transferable client book and strong regional network.
• Deep understanding of complex wealth structures, investment products, and cross‑border considerations.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate autonomously while leveraging a global platform.
