Senior Process Engineer – Petrochemical & Refinery Projects

About the role

KBR is seeking a Senior Process Engineer to join its Abu Dhabi team for a PMC EPC project in the petrochemical and refinery sector. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality engineering solutions across the asset life‑cycle, supporting sustainability and energy transition objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead detailed engineering and process design for petrochemical and refinery facilities.
• Coordinate with EPC and PMC teams to ensure project milestones are met.
• Provide technical expertise on Chlor‑Alkali, PVC, and EDC‑VCM processes.
• Support ADNOC and other client interfaces, delivering advisory and value‑added services.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of experience in oil & gas projects.
• At least 8 years in petrochemical or refinery projects.
• Experience with EPC, detail engineering, and PMC environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (mandatory).
• Prior involvement in ADNOC projects is an advantage.
