Senior Procurement & Commercials Manager

About the role

Lead vendor negotiations and platform evaluations for a $1B+ e‑commerce brand, reporting directly to the CEO. Own the full procurement lifecycle across software, logistics, agencies and manufacturers, shaping the company’s technology spend.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a comprehensive contract inventory, resolve renewal risks and set evaluation priorities.
• Drive end‑to‑end vendor negotiations, renewal, consolidation, replacement or exit decisions for 75‑100 platform contracts.
• Deliver evidence‑based recommendations, secure approvals and hand over commitments to implementation owners.
• Partner with the AI team to automate portfolio alerts and establish performance baselines.

Required profile

• 5+ years of procurement, vendor management or commercial negotiation experience.
• Proven track record evaluating technology vendors and achieving measurable commercial outcomes.
• Strong critical thinking, commercial analysis and ability to challenge assumptions with data.
