Senior Procurement Executive

About the role

The Senior Procurement Executive will lead IFZA's sourcing, supplier management and contract negotiations across the organisation and its Private Office. Reporting to the Head of Group Procurement, the role supports strategy, drives value and ensures timely, cost‑effective delivery of goods and services.

Key responsibilities

• Source, evaluate and engage reliable suppliers to meet business needs.
• Lead commercial negotiations to secure favourable pricing, service levels and contractual terms.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with suppliers and external partners.
• Review and manage supplier agreements to ensure competitiveness and compliance.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to develop effective sourcing strategies.
• Prepare and evaluate RFQs, RFPs and supplier proposals.
• Conduct commercial and risk assessments for suppliers and contracts.
• Monitor supplier performance and implement improvement plans.
• Ensure accurate processing of purchase orders, contracts and procurement documentation.
• Identify cost‑optimization, standardisation and value‑creation opportunities.
• Support continuous improvement of procurement policies, procedures and governance.
• Utilise ERP and procurement systems to track activities, performance and spend data.
• Prepare procurement analyses, reports and presentations for management.
• Stay informed of market trends, supplier developments and best practices.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of procurement experience, including at least 3 years at a senior specialist level.
• Proven track record in end‑to‑end procurement, strategic sourcing and supplier negotiations.
• Experience in FF&E, interior fit‑out, hospitality, property/luxury residential, yacht or marine procurement is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of procurement best practices, contract management and supplier performance.
• Professional procurement certification such as CIPS is desirable.
