Senior Product Manager – Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)

About the role

The Senior Product Manager – RCM Healthcare will own the strategy, roadmap and execution of revenue cycle management products within Gate 8’s AI‑driven healthcare platform. Based in Dubai, the role works closely with engineering, data science, design, sales and client success teams to deliver secure, compliant solutions that improve claims processing and payment integrity.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, prioritize and translate stakeholder requirements into detailed user stories and product features.
• Lead discovery workshops with healthcare clients, analyse RCM performance data and monitor market trends.
• Define and maintain the product roadmap, aligning initiatives with business goals and regulatory standards.
• Drive product launches, iterations and continuous improvement to ensure operational efficiency and robust FWA detection.

Required profile

• Strong product management experience in healthcare or health‑tech, focusing on revenue cycle management, claims processing or payment integrity.
• Proven ability to develop product strategies, business cases and roadmaps and to work with cross‑functional engineering, data and design teams.
• Deep knowledge of healthcare regulations, payer‑provider workflows and RCM KPIs; familiarity with FWA detection concepts is a plus.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and presentation skills in a multicultural environment.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Healthcare Administration or related field.
