Senior Product Owner - Omnichannel

About the role

Landmark Digital, the digital arm of Landmark Group, is looking for a Senior Product Owner to lead the end‑to‑end omnichannel fulfilment process across its retail brands. You will work closely with the e‑commerce product team to create seamless in‑store collection experiences and drive continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Own the omnichannel fulfilment workflow in‑store, including pick, pack, dispatch, collection, uncollected orders and returns.
• Identify process gaps, define solutions and implement fixes quickly to improve queue times and satisfaction scores.
• Serve as the subject‑matter expert on in‑store omnichannel, guiding stakeholders and shaping the product roadmap.
• Lead cross‑functional collaboration with sales‑floor teams, product managers, data analysts, engineering, QA and solution architects.
• Prioritise and maintain a product backlog that balances customer impact, colleague experience and business value.

Required profile

• 10+ years of retail experience with deep understanding of store and central office operations.
• Proven track record delivering technology‑driven solutions across the full product lifecycle.
• Exceptional communication skills, able to influence C‑suite stakeholders.
• Strong organisational and delivery capabilities, with a history of shipping products at pace.
• AI‑forward mindset, comfortable building prototypes and using AI coding assistants.
