Senior Program Manager, 3PL and Direct Imports MENA

About the role

Amazon is building the fastest, most reliable transportation network in the Middle East and North Africa. As a Senior Program Manager you will own third‑party carrier relationships and cross‑border import programs that move vendor returns, customer returns, and direct‑import freight across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Own performance management reviews (cost, speed, quality) for vendor and customer returns across MENA.
• Lead end‑to‑end third‑party logistics projects, integrate new carriers and launch new services.
• Run weekly and monthly business reviews, prepare and lead operations calls, DBRs, WBRs, MBRs, and QBRs with 3PL carriers.
• Drive continuous‑improvement initiatives with carriers, fulfillment centers, and customer service teams.
• Alert leadership to critical situations with quantified impact and mitigation plans.
• Produce transport plans, forecasts, and manage returns‑related escalations.

Required profile

• 5+ years of cross‑functional project and program management experience.
• 5+ years of team management experience.
• Proven ability to work with both technical and non‑technical teams.
• Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics for improvements.

Required skills

• Experience managing, analyzing and communicating results to senior leadership.
