Senior Program Manager – Strategic Projects & Network Loss

About the role

Amazon Now is looking for a results‑driven Senior Program Manager to own and drive strategic projects and network loss reduction across Dark Stores and Regional Distribution Centers in the UAE, Saudi Arabia and Egypt.

Key responsibilities

• Lead strategic initiatives across the Middle East and Africa region, driving root‑cause analysis and sustainable corrective actions.
• Own the Network Loss P&L for Dark Stores and RDCs, set and deliver annual and quarterly loss targets.
• Manage end‑to‑end Kaizen and improvement projects, from scoping to benefit tracking.
• Build and operate reporting mechanisms (WBRs, MBRs, dashboards) to monitor loss trends and enforce accountability.
• Partner with Finance, Operations, ICQA, Transportation and Technology teams to align priorities and drive shared outcomes.

Required profile

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end‑to‑end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership.

• Strong analytical and data‑driven decision‑making abilities.
• Ability to influence without authority across multiple stakeholder groups.
