Senior Project Engineer - Structural Frame & RCC Tower

About the role

Guildhall is recruiting a Senior Project Engineer for a Dubai main contractor building a G+30-plus tower. The engineer owns day-to-day execution of structural frame and RCC works, runs subcontractors and site engineers directly, and reports progress to senior management. The client is hiring across several site-delivery roles at once, so the seat sits inside a team being built from the ground up. The position is open to Arab nationals only.

Key responsibilities

• Own structural frame and RCC execution on a G+30-plus tower in Dubai.
• Direct site engineers, foremen and subcontractors on daily productivity and schedule.
• Review shop drawings, material submittals and method statements against local codes.
• Coordinate directly with consultants, architects, MEP teams and project managers.
• Oversee material testing and HSE compliance, including official site inspections.
• Identify site constraints, drive corrective action and report progress to senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related structural discipline.
• 10 to 15+ years of total building construction experience.
• Hands-on experience running execution on a G+30 or taller tower in the UAE.
• Familiarity with Dubai Municipality regulations and local building codes.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of RCC structures, formwork methods and structural execution.
• Working proficiency in AutoCAD, Primavera P6 or MS Project.
