Senior Project Manager – Abu Dhabi

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a medium‑size construction project from design through handover in Abu Dhabi. You will act as the main point of contact for the client and ensure the project meets quality, safety, and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day project activities, keeping the schedule, budget, quality and safety on track.
• Serve as the primary liaison for the client and stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing concerns.
• Coordinate architects, engineers, contractors and consultants to achieve key milestones.
• Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies to avoid delays and cost overruns.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting to ensure cost efficiency.
• Handle contractual duties, including variations, claims and dispute resolution.
• Ensure all construction work complies with local regulations, building codes and hospitality standards while maintaining strict quality control.

Required profile

• 15+ years of experience in project or construction management.
• Minimum 2 years of experience working in the UAE.
• Proven delivery of a project valued at least AED 250 million from start to finish.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Stable work history with tier‑1 main contractors or project‑management consultancies.
• Civil Engineering degree or equivalent.
• Demonstrated leadership and team‑management skills.
• Hands‑on approach with willingness to work on‑site.
