Senior Project Manager – Digital Transformation (Arabic speaker)

About the role

Talents Tide is looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead digital transformation initiatives for a government client in the United Arab Emirates. The role requires an Arabic‑speaking professional who can drive complex, IT‑enabled projects from planning through delivery while ensuring alignment with quality, budget, and timeline expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the full project lifecycle – planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Manage project resources, budgets, and risk‑mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with the approved project management methodology and quality standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Mentor and guide cross‑functional project teams, fostering collaboration and accountability.
• Oversee health, safety, and ethical standards throughout the project.
• Promote continuous improvement and implement best practices in project management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Business Administration or a related field.
• PMP certification (mandatory or highly preferred).
• 5–8 years of experience managing complex, preferably IT‑enabled or digital transformation projects.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Fluency in Arabic.
