Senior Project Manager – EPCM Oil & Gas

About the role

Wood is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex EPCM projects for a high‑profile ADNOC client. The role is based on‑site in the UAE and requires full‑time, on‑premise commitment after relocation.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the execution of large‑scale onshore oil and gas EPCM projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage client expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project performance, risk, and compliance, implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, providing regular progress updates and reporting.

Required profile

• Proven track record as a Senior Project Manager on large EPCM oil and gas onshore projects.
• Strong understanding of the EPCM delivery model and industry best practices.
• Experience working with high‑profile energy clients and managing complex stakeholder environments.
• Willingness to relocate to the UAE and work full‑time on‑site.
