Senior Project Manager – FinTech (Dubai)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex, cross‑functional initiatives in a fast‑paced fintech environment based in Dubai. The role will own multiple concurrent projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope and compliant with regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end delivery of high‑impact projects across various business areas.
• Coordinate internal teams and external partners to align execution with business priorities.
• Manage and monitor vendor performance, enforcing strong governance and accountability.
• Provide data‑driven reporting on progress, risks and outcomes to senior stakeholders.
• Act as central communication hub, ensuring transparency and timely escalation of issues.
• Ensure projects comply with relevant regulatory and compliance frameworks.
• Partner with technology teams on solution discussions and delivery planning.
• Incorporate AI tools to improve project planning, monitoring and reporting.

Required profile

• Degree‑qualified in a relevant discipline.
• 5–7 years of experience delivering complex programmes or projects across multiple teams.
• Proven track record managing third‑party suppliers and driving performance.
• Strong communication skills with ability to engage technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Good technical understanding to collaborate effectively with IT teams.
• Experience in regulated or compliance‑heavy environments.
• Familiarity with AI‑driven tools applied to project delivery.
