Senior Project Manager – Hospitality (Sharjah, UAE)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead hospitality (hotel) projects from concept through handover in Sharjah, UAE. The role demands strong leadership, design‑management expertise, and the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage hotel projects throughout the full project lifecycle.
• Oversee design development and coordinate with architects, consultants, and engineering teams.
• Plan, schedule, budget, and mitigate risks for each project.
• Monitor construction progress, ensuring compliance with specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, government authorities, and other stakeholders.
• Resolve project issues promptly and facilitate timely decision‑making.
• Manage project handover, close‑out, and final documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
• Minimum 15 years of professional experience.
• Proven experience delivering hospitality/hotel projects.
• Strong background in design management.
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects from design through construction and handover.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Arabic‑English bilingual preferred; immediate or short‑notice availability preferred.
