Senior Project Manager – Infrastructure & Urban Development

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex multidisciplinary infrastructure programmes and strategic advisory assignments across large‑scale urban developments. You will act as a trusted advisor to public and private sector clients, guiding long‑term infrastructure strategies and delivering high‑quality outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Direct and manage multidisciplinary projects from inception to completion, ensuring schedule, budget and quality targets are met.
• Develop execution plans, manage risks, allocate resources across workstreams and lead integrated teams of planners, engineers, economists and digital experts.
• Lead the creation of city‑wide infrastructure strategies, business cases, feasibility studies and implementation roadmaps covering transport, utilities, digital and energy systems.
• Build and maintain senior client relationships, facilitate workshops and steering committees, and represent the company in high‑profile engagements.
• Identify new business opportunities, lead proposal development and support market growth initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, Transportation Engineering, Urban Planning or related field.
• Master’s degree or professional registration (CEng, PE, PMP, PRINCE2) is preferred.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in infrastructure advisory, urban development or major infrastructure programmes.
• Proven experience managing complex multidisciplinary projects and delivering strategic advisory work.
• Experience working with government agencies, municipalities and major developers, preferably in the Middle East or international markets.

Required skills

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• PRINCE2 methodology
• Chartered Engineer (CEng) or equivalent registration
• Strong knowledge of civil engineering and infrastructure planning
