Senior Project Manager - Luxury Development (Client Representative)

About the role

A luxury real estate developer in the UAE is looking for a highly experienced Project Manager acting as client representative. The role oversees premium luxury developments and protects the client's interests throughout the full project lifecycle. It suits senior project managers from main contractors moving to a client-side role, or client-side managers from developers with experience on high-value luxury projects. The focus is on delivery excellence across cost, time, quality and stakeholder management.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary client representative throughout the project lifecycle
• Lead coordination between consultants, contractors and internal stakeholders
• Oversee construction execution to ensure quality, safety and compliance standards
• Review and approve engineering submissions, shop drawings and material submittals
• Monitor progress, risks and timelines to ensure on-time delivery
• Manage variations, claims and contractual matters in line with project objectives
• Conduct regular site inspections and enforce quality benchmarks aligned with luxury standards

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or equivalent
• 12-18 years of total experience in the construction/real estate sector
• Strong experience in luxury villas, premium residential towers, luxury hotels or upscale mixed-use developments
• Deep understanding of contracts, variations, claims and commercial controls
• UAE experience is mandatory; age between 40 and 50
• Preferred: PMP certification, experience with leading UAE developers and FIDIC exposure

Salary range 40 to 42 K; immediate joiners preferred.
