About the role

The Senior Project Manager will lead the delivery of hotel development projects across the Middle East, with a primary focus on Egypt. Reporting to senior Hilton stakeholders, you will ensure each project meets Hilton’s brand standards, operational requirements, and timeline expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end delivery of hotel development projects in the Middle East and Egypt.
• Coordinate with owners, developers, consultants, and internal Hilton teams to align project objectives.
• Ensure projects comply with Hilton standards, budgets, and schedules.
• Support the growth of Hilton’s development pipeline by identifying risks and proposing mitigation strategies.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in managing hotel or large‑scale construction projects.
• Strong understanding of hospitality development processes and regional market dynamics.
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders across different countries.
