Senior Project Manager – Offshore

About the role

Worley is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead offshore projects that deliver value across the energy, chemicals and resources sectors. You will be responsible for steering projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet contractual obligations, safety standards and client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Define project goals, develop execution strategies and align them with customer objectives and contract terms.
• Plan, organise, manage and control project activities using Worley’s approved policies, procedures and tools.
• Supervise project personnel through subordinate leaders, providing direction and performance oversight.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans covering business, production and organisational priorities.
• Produce technical solutions to strategic issues and present recommendations to clients.
• Potentially act as proposal manager for small‑to‑medium sized projects.

Required profile

• Demonstrated leadership in managing complex, high‑impact projects, preferably in offshore environments.
• Strong commitment to health and safety, with experience leading safety‑focused workshops.
• Ability to lead multi‑disciplinary, multi‑location teams and communicate project status effectively.
• Proven capability to apply Worley methodologies and ensure compliance with design bases, codes and regulations.
