Senior Project Manager – Ports and Marine

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead complex ports and marine infrastructure projects in Dubai. The role involves overseeing the full project lifecycle, from planning and design through construction and hand‑over, while coordinating multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and deliver large‑scale ports and maritime projects on schedule and within budget.
• Lead cross‑functional teams, including engineers, consultants and contractors, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
• Manage stakeholder relationships with clients, authorities and partners throughout the project.
• Control project resources, risk registers and quality assurance processes.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and Egis sustainability standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience delivering ports and maritime projects.
• Proven experience in port planning and design of marine works and topside structures.
• Strong understanding of port operations and maritime logistics.
• Previous experience working in the Middle East is preferred.
• Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
