Senior Public Relations Manager

About the role

An agency is looking for an experienced Senior PR Manager to lead its Dubai team and client portfolio. You will manage the day-to-day running of the PR team and all client mandates, ensuring exceptional service and high standards, while helping shape account strategy and contribute to the agency's wider growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, manage and mentor the Dubai PR team, including the PR Manager and PR Executives, delegate workloads and monitor performance against deadlines, deliverables and contractual KPIs
• Oversee all client mandates, act as a senior point of contact, and lead client meetings, status calls, strategy sessions and events
• Review client-facing materials such as press releases, pitches, reports and proposals for quality and accuracy
• Provide strategic direction for each account, including PR plans, campaign concepts, brand collaborations and annual calendars, and contribute to new business pitches alongside the Group Director
• Build and grow a network of UAE and regional media contacts across lifestyle, luxury, hospitality, F&B, fashion and business titles, securing coverage, interviews, first looks and features
• Oversee influencer and KOL relations, media hosting and launch events
• Oversee monthly client reports, coverage tracking and KPI measurement, and ensure compliance with agency processes and UAE media and advertising regulations

Required profile

• 5+ years of PR experience, ideally in an agency environment in the UAE
• Established, active media relations database across UAE and GCC media
• Proven experience managing and developing a PR team
• Background in luxury, hospitality, F&B, fashion or lifestyle
• Excellent written and spoken English; Arabic is a strong advantage
• Strategic thinker with strong creative and commercial judgement, able to handle multiple clients and deadlines
• Polished presence in client meetings and events
• Based in Dubai, with flexibility to attend events and meetings across the UAE
