Senior QA/QC Engineer

About the role

Worley is seeking a Senior QA/QC Engineer to lead quality management across EPC/FEED projects in the oil & gas and petrochemical sectors. The role involves championing safety culture, overseeing quality procedures, and ensuring compliance with project standards.

Key responsibilities

• Champion project safety culture and engage in safety activities.
• Identify, evaluate, and resolve quality issues during EPC/FEED phases.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary engineers on quality management tasks during construction.
• Develop, maintain, and implement project quality procedures and the Project Quality Management System (ISO 9001).
• Schedule and conduct internal quality audits, issue audit reports, and manage corrective actions.
• Review and approve contractor quality documents, inspection and test plans, and ensure proper calibration of measurement equipment.
• Monitor third‑party inspectors, vendor quality systems, and ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent.
• 15+ years of relevant experience in oil & gas or petrochemical industry, including at least 5 years in the GCC region.
• Minimum 3 years in a similar senior QA/QC role on international major projects.
• Experience with PMC and ADNOC projects, offshore and FEED/EPC projects.
