Senior Sales Director – Middle East & Africa

About the role

The Senior Sales Director will lead Securonix’s enterprise sales efforts across the United Arab Emirates and the broader Middle East region. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building high‑performing sales teams and establishing executive relationships with security leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Own and deliver regional revenue targets by creating and executing strategic sales plans.
• Build, mentor and scale an enterprise sales organization focused on accountability and customer‑centricity.
• Develop territory and account expansion strategies, generate pipeline and ensure accurate forecasting.
• Establish executive‑level relationships with CISOs, CIOs and other security stakeholders in enterprise and government accounts.
• Collaborate with channel partners, MSSPs and system integrators to accelerate growth.
• Lead complex negotiations and close strategic cybersecurity deals.

Required profile

• 12+ years of enterprise technology sales experience, including 5+ years leading cybersecurity sales teams in the Middle East.
• Proven track record of exceeding regional revenue targets and managing multi‑million‑dollar pipelines.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% across the region.
