Senior Sales Executive – B2B Dealer Acquisition

About the role

The Senior Sales Executive will drive outbound acquisition of B2B dealers for a fast‑growing digital platform based in Dubai. You will turn an existing international dealer database into active partnerships by managing the full outreach and onboarding journey.

Key responsibilities

• Contact dealers from an existing international database via phone, email, WhatsApp and LinkedIn.
• Engage owners, Managing Directors and Sales Directors, create interest and clearly explain commercial benefits.
• Handle objections, secure commitments and follow up until registration and onboarding are complete.
• Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date CRM records and share market feedback to refine the pitch.

Required profile

• Proven track record in outbound B2B telephone sales, inside sales or business development with senior decision‑makers.
• Demonstrated success metrics such as call volumes, conversion rates, targets achieved, and seniority of contacts.
• Energetic, organised and comfortable in a high‑volume, fast‑moving environment where daily results are tracked.

Required skills

• Strong hands‑on experience selling B2B by phone.
• Expertise in openers, rapport building, gatekeeper navigation, objection handling, follow‑up discipline, closing for commitment, pipeline management and CRM hygiene.
• Multi‑channel outreach proficiency (phone, email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn).
