Senior Sales Executive – Material Handling Equipment

About the role

The Senior Sales Executive will develop, maintain and strengthen business relationships with customers across the UAE, promoting material handling equipment and achieving sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify new business opportunities, growth areas and partnerships.
• Visit prospective customers at commercial and industrial sites to present product samples, catalogs and pricing.
• Prepare and respond to proposals, including RFPs, and collaborate with technical teams to meet customer requirements.
• Negotiate prices and terms of sales agreements within company guidelines.
• Open new customer accounts and ensure all administrative requirements are fulfilled.
• Monitor sales performance against targets and provide regular status reports to the Sales Manager.
• Assist the credit control team in collections and resolve customer disputes.

Required profile

• Minimum Higher Secondary education; Diploma preferred; Bachelor’s degree advantageous.
• At least 3 years of sales experience in the UAE, preferably in material handling or heavy equipment.
• Proficient in English (verbal and written); Arabic and Hindi are a plus.

Required skills

• Customer service and personal service principles.
• Sales and marketing techniques, including product demonstration and negotiation.
• Market knowledge of target customers, industry and territory.
