About the role
The Client Manager will oversee Emirates and its group companies, driving revenue growth, territory development, and customer satisfaction within the enterprise and strategic sector.
Key responsibilities
- Meet and exceed targets for revenue, territory growth, and customer satisfaction.
- Identify and qualify opportunities, especially with IBM and Cisco.
- Manage the full business development lifecycle from needs identification to solution proposal and procurement closure.
- Build and maintain relationships at multiple levels within assigned customers.
- Collaborate with technical teams to craft solutions that meet business needs.
- Position the organization as the partner of choice and secure customer references for future business.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s or MBA in Marketing or related field.
- Proven track record of consistent sales performance, 15‑20+ years in sales.
- Experience handling the aviation sector, specifically Emirates and EKFC.
- Strong competencies in solution selling, negotiation, teamwork, and project management.
