Senior Sales Manager

About the role

Rixos Al Mairid, a luxury resort in Ras Al-Khaimah, is looking for a motivated, results-driven Senior Sales Manager to generate new business, maintain client relationships and help meet the property's sales targets. The role manages a portfolio of accounts, identifies market opportunities and ensures high client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts across assigned market segments, keeping them regularly engaged and retained.
• Identify and pursue new business through proactive sales calls, networking and participation in industry events.
• Develop proposals, negotiate contracts and close deals in line with company objectives and client needs.
• Monitor competitors, market trends and client needs to build tailored sales strategies.
• Maintain sales records and prepare regular reports on performance, forecasts and achievements.
• Work with Revenue, Marketing and Event teams on pricing, promotions and service delivery.
• Organise site inspections and property tours for prospective clients.
• Update client information in the company's CRM system and follow up promptly.
• Represent the property at trade shows, exhibitions and sales missions.
• Follow company policies, sales procedures and legal requirements in all client interactions.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management or a related field.
• Proven sales experience in the hospitality or a related industry.
• Proficiency in Russian is preferred.
