Senior SAP Business Analyst – HR & Sales

About the role
The Senior SAP Business Analyst will provide end‑to‑end support for SAP HR and Sales/Service modules, ensuring the system meets business needs across Tremco’s North American and global operations. The role combines technical configuration, user training, and continuous improvement of SAP processes.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver 2nd and 3rd level help‑desk support for SAP applications.
- Design, configure, and test system enhancements, interfaces, data conversions, and custom reports.
- Prepare and conduct training sessions and develop related materials for end‑users and IT staff.
- Perform cost‑benefit analyses for system changes and act as liaison between business users, vendors, and the broader user community.
- Participate in user groups to evaluate enhancements, share best practices, and stay informed on SAP product direction.
Required profile
- Several years of experience as a SAP Business Analyst, preferably with HR and Sales/Service modules.
- Proven ability to provide high‑level support, conduct training, and document functional specifications.
- Strong analytical skills to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
