Senior SEO/CRO Strategist

About the role

We are seeking a Senior SEO/CRO Strategist to lead organic growth and conversion initiatives for a portfolio of B2B brands in the United Arab Emirates. You will combine technical SEO, content strategy, generative engine optimization (GEO), and conversion optimization to deliver measurable business impact.

Key responsibilities

• Lead SEO, GEO, and CRO strategy for up to six mid‑market B2B brands, owning long‑term organic growth and conversion vision.
• Act as a trusted strategic advisor to clients, communicating recommendations to executives and stakeholders.
• Develop holistic, business‑focused content and optimization strategies aligned with measurable goals.
• Drive technical SEO initiatives, including audits, site architecture improvements, and experimentation.
• Create creative SEO plans covering keyword research, content planning, link‑worthy assets, and broader organic growth opportunities.
• Design and guide conversion optimization projects using analytics, experiments, and customer insights.
• Use data and tools such as GA4, GrowthBook, and Google Sheets automations to demonstrate results and inform decisions.
• Coordinate specialists across content, development, code, and analytics to ensure effective execution.
• Build alignment around strategic recommendations while balancing client goals, user needs, technical realities, and business priorities.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional experience in SEO and conversion optimization.
• Proven experience managing client or account‑facing relationships as a trusted strategic partner.
• Strong technical SEO knowledge, including site audits, information architecture, and experimentation.
